Hotline Services

Call our 24-hour hotline at 808-524-7273

If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, call us for help. Trained SATC staff are on duty 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to provide confidential support, information and advocacy on the phone.  Your call will not be transferred to a national hotline number, but you will be connected to a crisis worker that lives and works in our community.

Are hotline calls completely confidential?

All calls are anonymous and confidential unless the caller chooses to share identifying information. You always have the choice of whether or not to share your real name or phone number with counselors. We will know who you are only if you choose to tell us.

However, in certain circumstances the law does require certain types of sexual abuse to be reported when the caller discloses sexual abuse and identifying information is shared with the crisis worker. These situations typically involve child abuse by a family or household member or elder abuse. In these situations, confidentiality is waived. Speak with the crisis worker about any concerns regarding waivers of confidentiality.
