We are responding to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation with you, our community, in mind. Please see the information below on the SATC’s response plan currently in place.
24 Hour Hotline
- Our 24/7 hotline is open and available. Please call (808) 524-7273 if you need assistance at any time.
- We have expanded our hotline services to include web chat Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., (excluding holidays).
- Sex assault exams remain available. Please call the hotline number for assistance.
- Crisis support at the time of the forensic interview remains available.
- Crisis counseling sessions, psychotherapy sessions, and case management services are currently being provided in-person when deemed appropriate, and have expanded to offer these services through telehealth as well.
- Health screening questions are asked of any client for in-person services prior to appointments and a temperature is taken at the time of the appointment for all visitors. Face masks are required for anyone 2 years and older.
- The office at Harbor Court is currently open. We do ask that clients seeking services limit the number of additional visitors to only 1 whenever possible and wear a face mask upon entry.
